Shipping + Returns

At Line + Tow, we believe in sustainability and use recycled packaging whenever possible. Therefore, we do not include extra marketing, branding materials, or product information.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped via USPS within one week of placing an order.

Rates are based on weight, size, and destination of package. Line + Tow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items.

SHIPPING MATERIAL RECYCLING:

If you are interested in shipping your Line + Tow box and packaging materials back to us free of charge so they may be reused, please enter code "RECYCLE" at checkout and we will include a pre-paid shipping label and a piece of water activated paper tape with your order.

To return packaging, simply remove the label, tape, and anything you wish to keep, from the box. Run the shiny side of the water activated paper tape along a wet sponge and seal the box. Place the adhesive shipping label on top. You can now drop this box off at the post office, hand it to your mailman, or schedule a free pickup from your front door at www.usps.com.

RETURNS:

Please keep in mind, we do our best to represent each product accurately; however, there are differences in computer screens and lighting, so we can't guarantee the images you see are the best portrayal of the product.

All of our products are handmade, so slight variations in each is to be expected - that's what makes each item special.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The original receipt must be included with the returned items.

Sale items are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We do our best to ensure that each item arrives safely, but in the unfortunate case of a broken or damaged good, a clear photo of the damaged good must be sent via email within 3 days of receipt to hello@lineandtow.com. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged good will be provided by a reply email.


Line + Tow has the right to deny a return at any time. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
